The Bourgogne Pinot Fin 2019 from Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux comes from plots in Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Prémeaux. The wine is produced with full bunch fermentation and matured in oak barrels, resulting in a wine with depth and elegance.
Tasting notes
In the glass the wine shows a bright ruby red color. The bouquet opens with aromas of rose petals, sweet berries, Indian spices, orange peel and violets. On the palate the wine is medium to full bodied, juicy and perfumed, with an abundant core of fruit and powdery structure tannins.
Wine and food
Delicious with truffle risotto, roasted quail, venison with blackcurrant jus or mature Burgundian cheeses such as Epoisses or Soumaintrain.
