A majestic Grand Cru from an iconic Burgundy year
The La Tâche Grand Cru 2018 from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is one of the most sought-after wines in the world. A monopoly of the estate, originating from a 6.06-hectare plot in Vosne-Romanée, this wine embodies the essence of Burgundian finesse and power. The 2018 vintage produced a wine with impressive concentration, complexity and exceptional ageing potential
Tasting notes
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of black truffle, crushed rose petals, autumn leaves and dark berries. In the mouth, the wine is full and powerful, with a silky texture, filigree tannins and a long, salty finish. The wine is still young at the moment and will continue to develop over the years into a true masterpiece.
