An expressive Grand Cru from the heart of the Côte de Nuits

The Domaine Faiveley Échezeaux Grand Cru 'En Orveaux' 2019 is a wine that balances power and finesse. Coming from the northern parcel 'En Orveaux', bordering Chambolle-Musigny, this Grand Cru shows the signature of Faiveley's precision and terroir focus. The warm 2019 produced a wine with rich aromas, structure and impressive aging potential.

Tasting notes

In the glass, the wine shows a bright ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with aromas of black cherries, ripe plums and floral notes such as peony and violets. In the second instance, earthy nuances of humus, spices, orange peel and fine wood tones follow. In the mouth, the wine is medium to full, with a satiny texture, lively acidity and perfectly integrated tannins. The finish is long, mineral and salty.
