Tasting notes
Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose aromas of violets, rose petals and white pepper. On the palate elegant and fresh with juicy notes of red orange and grapefruit, well balanced with a long, complex finish.
Food pairing
Excellent with dishes such as ossobuco, risotto with mushrooms or truffle, game dishes and mature hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.

Vinification & Maturation
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in barriques, followed by 18 months in large oak barrels.
