The ultimate expression of Champagne blending in magnum format
Laurent-Perrier's Grand Siècle Itération N°23 is a masterpiece of assemblage, combining three exceptional vintages to create an ideal balance. This cuvée is composed of 65% of the 2006 vintage, 20% of the 2004 vintage and 15% of the 2002 vintage, all from 11 Grand Cru vineyards. The result is a champagne of unparalleled complexity and elegance.
Tasting notes
In the glass, the wine shows a bright, light yellow color with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is delicate and complex, with aromas of candied citrus fruits, honey, summer flowers, roasted nuts and a hint of toast. On the palate, the champagne is full and silky, with flavors of brioche, almond cake, lime and orange peel, supported by a mineral freshness and a long, elegant finish.
